Requests for customer support are received through the Help Desk. Service is then offered through regional branch offices nationwide.

As a gold partner of Cisco Systems, we run our own TAC and provide technical support over the phone, email or through visits for maintenance and repair. A separate demonstration equipment allows us to verify the test site to provide the best services.
